Marriage, the word itself is so beautiful. For me, marriage means a union of two people, their families and multiplication of their happiness. Marriage looks wonderful if you make it look beautiful and it is perfect if you want it to be serene and blissful. But for some people it is not a sweet companionship and it is more like a bad, dark and horrible nightmare. Yes, I am talking about the unsuccessful marriages. I am sure, most of us know about 498-A. If you don’t know, don’t worry, even I was unaware of this section of IPC. Yes, 498 -A, the only thing that I read, talk about and feel these days. It’s a ray of hope for girls who are tortured physically and mentally for dowry or any other reasons. But for many girls, this is a weapon which they use for dominating their in-laws and husband. Supreme Court of India has named it, “legal-terrorism,” when women misuse it. 498-A is a non-bailable section that can make the groom, his parents and relatives suffer like hell. Saturday morning, 9:30 am, I was going to my office. Luckily, I got a seat in the bus and suddenly I noticed my badly chipped off nail paint. It was pink in color, I was wearing a black top and was carrying a green handbag and green slippers were on my feet. I noticed my hair were not at all properly brushed. WTF! I thought. I was never so clumsy. I started thinking … It was the work load, work pressure or other tensions that made me so. I was really depressed on what I was looking like. Recently we spotted Rihanna clad in a sultry leopard print outfit by Dolce & Gabbana. It was a fantastic dress in two tones, beige upper and over the knee skirt in hot red. My god! She looked so up-town and I loved the way she paired her dress with black grosgrain belt. It seriously accentuated her slim figure. A bad date is like viral fever, it can happen to anyone and any time. So, chillax and be brave to end it up gracefully. Once, my office friend went to a blind date arranged on a social networking site. Both my friend and the boy used to spend almost half of their life on twitter and Facebook. Everything was fine and then a day came when they both decided to meet. It was their first encounter in real life and both of them ended up with a long face. My friend complained that the boy was completely different. He spent all his day discussing IPL on twitter. She was staring at the door but was uncomfy to tell him that she was getting bored. So, girls if you think your date is not going right and in straight words, you are a victim of a bad date tell the other one and call it off gracefully.
